• Suitable gurards are provided with interlocking arrangement.
• Load indicator is provided on the machine to maint within the safe limits.

• The machine will be start in the manual mode if any problem occurred during operation in programmed mode.
• Interlocking sysyem is provided to proyect the machine in the event of hudraulic oil failure lubrication failure, fluctuation in coltage and frequency.
• Mushroom type emergency stop is provided on the machine in case of any emergency.
• Control panel is mounted separate from the machine base.

• The Machine frame is rigid and robust, stress relieved, fabricated steel conforming to IS 2662, grade - B
• The shear pins are hardened to least HRC 55.
• LVDT is provided for measuring the elongation with least count of 0.01mm.
• Cross head cum grip holder
• Cross head cum grip hloder are machined from cast iron casting conforming to Is: 14329-2000 (or lastest 0 or fabricated steel conforming to IS: 2062, grade -B are duly Stress relieved.
• hardened and ground roller with self-aliging roller bearing shall be  provided for easy movement of the cross head on the machine bed with hardness HRC55.
• Motor driven gear shafts is provided with the cross head cum frip holder for quick and effortiess adjustment of test lengrhs to facillits repid fiximg of test specimen.
• A second grip holder pleased opposite to the cross head is comnnected to the ram of the straining cylinder , It is machined from dteel foring or casing and is duly stress relieved
