Hot and Cold Chamber

Hot and Cold Chamber is the process that solves the corrosion issue by separating the melting pot from the injector components. This process is transferred by ladle, manually or automatically to the short sleeve. It works with a horizontal orientation and does not have a gooseneck. The plunger forces metal through the shot chamber into the die at pressures ranging from low to high PSI. The hot and Cold Chamber is heated inside the casting machine rather than a separate machine or furnace.
